The EasySep™ Human Extracellular Vesicle (CD9) Positive Selection Kit isolates highly purified human extracellular vesicles from plasma/serum and cell culture conditioned medium by immunomagnetic positive selection. Extracellular vesicles are labeled with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD9 and magnetic particles. Labeled extracellular vesicles are separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet. Unwanted biofluid components are simply poured off, while desired extracellular vesicles remain in the tube. Isolated extracellular vesicles are available for downstream applications such as DNA/RNA extraction, Western blot, or mass spectometry.

The EasySep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Kit II without CD43 Depletion is designed to isolate B cells by negative selection from fresh or previously frozen PBMCs of individuals with B cell leukemia or lymphoma, or other disease states in which B cells may express CD43. The EasySep™ procedure involves labeling unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labeled cells are separated from the untouched desired cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube.This kit replaces the EasySep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Kit without CD43 (Catalog #19154) for even faster cell isolations.

The EXOCET exosome quantitation kit is designed as a direct measurement of esterase activity known to be within exosomes (1, 2). The EXOCET assay is active with exosomes from all mammalian species tested (Human, Mouse, Rat) and is compatible with exosomes isolated using ExoQuick, ExoQuick-TC, ultracentrifugation, immunoaffinity purification and chromatography methods. The EXOCET assay is an enzymatic, colormetric assay read at OD405. The assay is rapid, only 20 minutes from start to finish and very quantitative. A standard curve that has been calibrated to isolated exosomes by NanoSight analysis is included in the kit. The EXOCET96A-1 kit contains all of the necessary reagents to perform 96 reactions.

Sodium dodecyl sulfate is one of the most commonly used detergents for biological research. However, the presence of SDS in the sample could interfere with downstream applications. For instance, SDS must be reduced to below a certain concentration before trypsin digestion of protein can be performed effectively. The presence of SDS in a protein sample could interfere with, and needs to be removed prior to, the analysis. The presence of SDS in protein samples also interferes with antigen-antibody binding and has a negative impact for experiments such as immunoprecipitation and ELISA. This proprietary formulated reagent is designed for fast and easy removal of SDS in solution by precipitation. The efficacy is superior to SDS-removal column and TCA precipitation with minimum protein loss (<20%). Due to the small volume of SDS-Remover used, the final protein concentration of the sample is not significantly impacted.
